If you can, include your device, operating system version, Summe app version, the expression or workflow that caused trouble, and the steps needed to reproduce it.

Purchases and restore

Use the Restore button in Summe's purchase screen if you already bought the FN add-on and it is not showing as unlocked.

For App Store billing issues or refunds, Apple handles the payment relationship. You can also contact us and we will help point you to the right store support path.

Sharing and saved sheets

Sheets saved in the app live on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear browser storage, local sheets may be removed.

Share links are different: when you choose to share, Summe uploads the selected content so the link can be opened elsewhere. Include the share URL when asking about a shared sheet.
